Plaque affixed to the wall of a shop, paying tribute to the civilian victims as well as to the crew of the Wellington T2897 of the 149 Squadron of the Royal Air Force which crashed here on April 13, 1941.
Plaque text:

On this spot, on April 13, 1941, five British aviators died for freedom. They were young.They were 20 years old!
Nine inhabitants of our commune perished with them!
