Maquis of Saint-Clair

On the night of June 5-6, 1944, after the announcement on the BBC of coded messages to put the various resistance networks into action.

This panel explains the action of the Maquis de Saint-Clair in the Grimbosq area on the Caen Flers de l'Orne railroad line.

This sign is located on the ex-railway greenway near the Maison du Tourisme, at a place called "le pont de Brie".
