The Queen's Own Rifles monument

Monument to the soldiers of the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada who fell in the conquest and defense of Anguerny on June 6, 1944.

An inukshuk, a stack of human-shaped stones from Inuit tradition, symbolizes brotherhood, mutual respect and friendship between peoples.

A plaque is dedicated to Rifleman Bill Ross, soldier of the Queen's Own Rifles of Canada, who died in 2016.
