The Wolfsschanze (French: "Wolf's Lair") was the code name for Adolf Hitler's main Headquarters during the Second World War. It was located in the woods near the hamlet of Forst Görlitz (now Gierłoż), not far from Rastenburg (then in East Prussia, now Kętrzyn in Poland).
